Cancellation Policy

24 HOURS notice must be given if clients can not attend their scheduled appointment, or wish to reschedule, in order to avoid penalty.

Notice given via phone, email, or in person less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.
“No-Shows,” or failure to give notice to cancel or change a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.

Part of your late cancellation fee will be going towards a non-profit organization donation.

*Cancellation fees are payable at or before the next appointment. Extended health benefits or any other type of insurance coverage can not be billed to settle your account for cancellation fees or unattended appointments.
